The soloist on the Military Wives choir’s chart-topping single plans to celebrate their Christmas number one with a poppy tattoo.
Samantha Stevenson, who led the choir to the top spot with the song Wherever You Are, said she has received “hurtful” online criticism of her body art, but insisted it will not stop her getting more.
The 28-year-old, who has tattoos on her arms and chest, reportedly said: “Most people are lovely and supportive. But I’ve been really shocked by the reaction to my tattoos on the internet.
