William 'to present Bafta fellowship to Redgrave'

PRINCE William is being tipped to present an Academy Fellowship to veteran actress Vanessa Redgrave at this year's Baftas.

The 27-year-old would be making his first appearance at the Orange British Academy Film Awards – the British film industry's biggest awards night.

The Prince and his brother Harry, 25, are increasingly taking on more high-profile engagements.

Harry recorded a video message for Tuesday night's Brits awards ceremony which honoured a host of pop stars, while William is expected to be among the global movie stars at the Baftas ceremony being staged at London's Royal Opera House on Sunday.

The Fellowship recognises an individual's outstanding contribution to film.

Redgrave, 73, who lost her daughter, Natasha Richardson, in a skiing accident last year, has had a long and successful movie career.
