Words of inspiration for girl guides
Girl guides received words of wisdom from inspirational women including pop star Pixie Lott and broadcaster Angela Rippon to coincide with International Women's Day.
Pixie Lott said: “My tips to success are: passion, determination, a hard work ethic, always stay positive and ’fail to prepare, prepare to fail’.”
Ms Rippon said it was important to “acknowledge your weaknesses and be determined to make them your strengths.”
