World first as matchtelevised in 3D
Football fans got the chance to watch their sport in 3D with a television broadcast from Sky.
A feed of the match between Arsenal and Manchester United was relayed to nine pubs in cities including Manchester and London, where audiences had the chance to wear special glasses to view. Sky said it was the first opportunity in the world to watch live 3D sport.
