A Mexico City borough went for the whole enchilada – and got it.
People in Iztapalapa cooked up a 230ft-long, almost one and a half-ton enchilada which Guinness record official Ralph Hannah announced was the world’s biggest. The colossal concoction was made as part of a tourism publicity stunt.
