X-Factor victor called home

A TEENAGER crowned winner of the Australian version of The X Factor has been invited to play a concert in his home town.

The Baths Hall in Scunthorpe has contacted Reece Mastin, who emigrated with his family to Adelaide six years ago, inviting him to perform there.

Relatives, who still live in Scunthorpe, hosted a party as they watched Reece, who turns 17 today, win the final on Tuesday. His single is top of the Australian iTunes chart.
