Yobs 'burn ears off pet rabbit'
A FAMILY of five from South Yorkshire have been devastated after they discovered yobs had apparently burned the ears off their pet rabbit.
An RSPCA inspector is investigating the attack, which was discovered when mother-of-three Natalie Hall and her partner, Daniel Midgley, came home in Scawthorpe, Doncaster, to find one-year-old bunny Colin with his ears missing.
They are comforting their children, Ella-May, eight, PJ Alexander White, four, and 18 month old Kian.
Miss Hall, 25, said: "The vet said they cannot be certain what happened but they may have been burnt off. I cannot understand why someone would want to do this."
