Yorkshire's priciest self-build plot for sale at £1m

The most expensive self-build plot in Yorkshire is on the market with a price tag of £1m. It comes with a rare chance to build a "Grand Design" on an idyllic rural site, near Pateley Bridge.

For sale through Savills, the plot is in Eagle Hall Woods and comes with 36.8 acres of woodland plus planning permission for a contemporary, five-bedroom house.
