Youth held after race attack on man, 51, in West Yorkshire
POLICE have arrested a 16-year-old Heckmondwike youth on suspicion of assaulting a man in an alley in the West Yorkshire town.
The victim in what police considered a racially motivated assault was a 51-year-old man.
The youth was arrested at an address in Brighton Street and is on bail pending further enquiries.
