Exclusive 'Devolution jigsaw' is complete with Hull and East Yorkshire confirmed

Angela Rayner has confirmed the mayoral deal for Hull and East Yorkshire will go ahead next year, saying it is “the final piece of the devolution jigsaw” in the region.
