Accrington Stanley v Rotherham United: Millers chief Moore ready for tricky test

League two: AFTER five consecutive postponements due to the weather, Rotherham United will finally return to action against Accrington Stanley.

The Millers have not played since December 12 but are still third in League Two, a point clear of the play-off pack.

Manager Ronnie Moore said: "It's a tricky one for us because Accrington have beaten all the top teams and it's a tough place to go. The dressing rooms are the smallest in the league and the pitch is never the best with a big slope."

Accrington supporters have been clearing snow at the Fraser Eagle Stadium this week in a bid to ensure the game goes ahead.

Millers chairman Tony Stewart is still waiting for a decision from council officials over plans to buy land for a proposed new stadium. Stewart says: "I will be amazed if we don't get a decision – good or bad – in the next seven to 10 days."
