Barnsley v Queens Park Rangers: Tykes wait on the fitness of Dickinson

Championship: BARNSLEY manager Mark Robins's biggest worry ahead of the game with Queens Park Rangers will be the availability of Carl Dickinson.

The on-loan Stoke defender returned to training this week after a knee injury, and the Oakwell medical team will monitor his fitness before making a late decision on his availability.

Definitely out is hamstring victim Daniel Bogdanovic, who this week turned down a new contract with the club. Anderson de Silva is also unlikely to feature as he continues his recovery from a thigh injury, and Emil Hallfredsson has returned to parent club Reggina after breaking his foot a fortnight ago.

Queens Park Rangers will assess the fitness of Adel Taarabt, Akos Buzsaky and Alejandro Faurlin ahead of the trip to South Yorkshire. Damion Stewart, Matt Connolly, Gavin Mahon and Martin Rowlands are all ruled out for the season.
