YORKSHIRE take a break from the County Championship for a few weeks after their draw at Hampshire, turning their attentions to the Royal London One Day Cup.

Gary Ballance’s team will get their limited overs campaign underway at Trent Bridge on Saturday against Nottinghamshire, but the real excitement will come two days later at Headingley when they host Lancashire in the first Roses clash of the season in any format.

The YP’s Chris Waters joins us to discuss Yorkshire’s form so far in the Championship, as well as look ahead to how they will fare in the one-day formats.

We also discuss the impact captain Ballance has had so far, both with the bat and out in the field as a leader and we touch on the recent decision by the ECB to introduce a new domestic T20 competition in three years’ time.
