Captain Damian Aston kept Scarcroft on course to lift the Division One championship for the first time for 40 years.

Aston hammered 92 and snapped up 5-26 as Scarcroft beat Leeds Police by 105 runs to increase their lead to six points with their fifth straight league victory.

Champions Old Modernians climbed to second with a 69-run win over previously unbeaten Shadwell, who were routed for 122 by Stuart Borrill (6-35).
