Adu considers Hull offer to leave Benfica

FREDDY ADU has claimed moving to Hull City is one of two options open to him.

The 20-year-old USA international has used his Twitter account to suggest his current club Benfica are willing to allow the striker to join either Premier League Hull or Greek outfit Aris Thessaloniki.

Adu has spent the first half of the season on loan at Portuguese club Belenenses but told his followers on the social networking site Twitter: "I have some tough decisions to make. I have a pretty good idea what to do because it is about playing time and my development. Hull or Aris. Decisions."

Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has signed a new contract at the Emirates Stadium, the club have announced.

The Czech international, who joined the club from Borussia Dortmund in 2006, is the 15th player to sign a new contract for manager Arsene Wenger since May 2009.

Rosicky said: "The last two seasons haven't been easy for me because of injuries but I feel it speaks volumes about the club's belief in me for this to be signed, and I truly believe I have a lot left to offer the club, my team-mates and all the supporters."
