Barnsley lost out to Portsmouth today in the Championship.

Craig Davies and Rob Edwards returned to training during the week while Bobby Hassell was expected to feature in a session ahead of today’s trip after shaking off a kock sustained against Coventry.

Hassell started, while Davies was named as a substitute. David Perkins, Matt Done and Danny Haynes (all hamstring) remain sidelined.

Pompey took a grip of the game with goals from David Norris (61) and Luke Varney (62).
