Team news: David Meyler, inset, is out for eight weeks after suffering medial ligament damage away on international duty. Adama Diomande (groin) is still out but Curtis Davies and Alex Bruce are available again but Robert Snodgrass, who last played for the first team in August, 2014, will play in at least one more Under-21s game before being considered.
Leeds United v Rotherham United
Team news: Liam Cooper is fit again after a bout of concussion for United and should start but Charlie Taylor will not feature despite returning to training this week after a spell out. For the Millers, Leon Best and Stephen Kelly will be hoping to make the starting XI after joining this week..
Sheffield Wednesday v Huddersfield Town
Team news: Wednesday are without Barry Bannan (ankle) and Sam Hutchinson (suspended). For Huddersfield, Philip Billing is expected to be out for up to four weeks with the ankle injury sustained against Leeds, while Joel Lynch also misses the trip to Hillsborough.
Doncaster Rovers v Rochdale
Team news: Richard Chaplow, inset, (Achilles) is out for four weeks and is joined on the sidelines by defender Gary MacKenzie and Paul Keegan. Curtis Main is struggling with a back injury for Darren Ferguson’s side, and is rated as doubtful.
Oldham Athletic v Barnsley
Team news: Ivan Toney is available for Barnsley despite missing some training. Ryan Williams is not yet match fit, but has completed two days of training after an extended spell on the sidelines. Both Aidan White and Kevin Long are available after joining the Tykes on loan this week.
Scunthorpe United v Bradford City
Team news: James Hanson, inset, is out after picking up an ankle injury in the Cup win over Aldershot with Jordan Bowery has joined on loan from Rotherham to cover James Meredith (foot) and Reece Burke (medial ligament) are also struggling, meaning Greg leigh and Nathan Clarke may retain their places as Lee Evans returns from international duty.
Walsall v Sheffield United
Team news: The Blades have no new injury worries ahead of the trip to the Bescot. James Wallace missed training on Thursday, but is pushing for more game-time. Blades defender Terry Kennedy, inset, has joined Cambridge United on loan.
