The Terriers will play League One Fleetwood Town at 4pm, followed by League Two Bradford City at 7pm. Both games will be behind closed doors at the John Smith's Stadium.

Huddersfield are under new management this season with Carlos Corberan appointed as coach last month. Their opening Championship game of 2020-21 is due to be on September 12, but they will have a League Cup first-round tie seven days earlier, possibly sooner if the game is moved because of international call-ups.
