The Valley Parade game had been due to be the Bantams' first of 2021, but was called off because of a number of Covid-19 cases in the Lancashire side's squad.

Bradford's weekend match at Scunthorpe United was also postponed, this time because of a frozen pitch.

Fortunately, City's post-New Year fixture list offers far more flexibility than the tight schedule which preceded it. They now have three midweek fixtures organised for the first two months of the year.

Morecambe are in the League Two play-off positions, Bradford unbeaten in five matches under joint interim managers Mark Trueman and Conor Sellars.

The reverse fixture is due to be played on the final weekend of the regular season.
