Struggling Sheffield United and York City picked up a point apiece after both playing out goalless draws - but it was defeat for Bradford City.

League One strugglers Sheffield United were held to a scoreless draw at Stevenage.

The visitors twice hit the woodwork twice through Aidy White and Jose Baxter.

Bradford City lost ground on the League One play-off spots after a 2-1 defeat at Peterborough.

A long-range effort from Kgosi Ntlhe and Britt Assombalonga’s goal made it 2-0, before veteran Andy Gray gave the Bantams a late consolation effort.

York City held high-flying Oxford United to a scoreless stalemate in League Two.

Josh Carson hammered a left-footed volley wise, while Dave Kitson was thwarted by York goalkeeper Aaron McCarey.

The draw leaves the Minstermen just a point clear of the bottom two.
