Bradford City's game at Scunthorpe United is latest postponement

Bradford City's League Two game against Scunthorpe United has been postponed because of a frozen pitch.

The Glanford Park surface was deemed unplayable after a morning inspection by match officials.

The game had been due to be the Bantams' first of 2021 after their match against Morecambe was postponed because of a Coivd-19 outbreak at the Lancashire club.

A new date will be set in due course, but fortunately there is more wriggle room in the new year fixture list, with only one City midweek game currently scheduled until late February after a long period of regular twice-weekly football.

The game had been due to be a debut for winger Jordan Stevens, who joined on loan from Leeds United on Friday.
