Deadline Day is here and it looks set to be a busy day across Yorkshire with a number of the county's side aiming to complete late deals before the window shuts.

Clubs have until 11pm to get any more deals over the line with Yorkshire's Championship, League One and League Two sides all looking to bolster their options moving forward.

In the Premier League, it could be a quiet day at Leeds United unless any late departures force the Elland Road outfit into a deadline day move.

Bradford City in seventh heaven with last-minute signing

BRADFORD CITY have beat the deadline to sign experienced forward Nathan Delfouneso - who has joined on loan from Bolton Wanderers.

The 30-year-old, whose former clubs also include Blackpool, Blackburn Rovers and Swindon Town, said: “I am excited at the prospect of joining a club like Bradford City and am looking forward to getting going.

“I have spoken with the manager and he has clearly outlined the aim of promotion. He believes in me and has shown faith to bring me here, so it is up to me to repay that.”

Luke Freeman waits to see if Millwall move comes off

Sheffield United may have to wait until Tuesday morning to find out if Luke Freeman is still their player.

Millwall believed they filed the paperwork in time to beat the 11pm deadline to sign the midfielder, but will have to wait for official confirmation.

If signed off, it means Freeman will leave Bramall Lane after just four league starts in two-and-a-half years.

Wing out from Owls and over to Wycombe via Boro

Lewis Wing has been recalled from Sheffield Wednesday by Middlesbrough to allow him to permanently join Wycombe Wanderers.

The 26-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Rotherham United, had not started a game for the Owls since January 2 and manager Darren Moore was unable to persuade him to stay.

Hull City sign Ryan Longman on permanent deal from Brighton

HULL CITY have secured the signature of loanee Ryan Longman on a permanent basis after agreeing a £700,000 deal with Brighton.

His arrival follows on from the signing of Iranian international striker Allahyar Sayyadmanesh on loan from Turkisk giants Fenerbache.

HULL CITY have signed forward Allahyar Sayyadmanesh on loan from Fenerbahce until the end of the season - subject to international clearance.

Sayyadmanesh said: “First of all, I am really happy to be here at a great club with amazing fans. I will try to give my all and help the team because that is the most important thing. I will fight for the team until the end.

“When I was a child, I always followed the English leagues. I am really excited to play here.”
