Doncaster and Reds set to maintain unbeaten home runs

Leeds United will want to draw a line under Tuesday's 6-4 defeat to Preston and switch their focus to this afternoon's trip to Portman Road, where they face Ipswich Town.

Both sides come into the game in similar form and the quote of even money about a home win look about right.

Ipswich like to keep it tight at home, while Simon Grayson will hope Leeds respond in a similar manner to after their Barnsley defeat, when they drew 0-0 away to Doncaster.

It could be a similar game and under 2.5 goals looks the best bet here.

Cardiff travel to face Barnsley at Oakdale and face a stern test against a side that is still unbeaten at home in the Championship. Cardiff's form has stuttered over the last few games and although Barnsley will look to take advantage, though odds of 15-8 do not look worth taking.

Both sides have only failed to score once this season so, with this in mind, back both teams to score here.

Nottingham Forest seem to be the draw specialists this season with only two wins separating six draws since their opening day defeat.

Doncaster are a good side and possess an unbeaten home record. Both trends could be set to continue, with everything pointing to a stalemate.

Sheffield United host Watford at Bramall Lane, with the Hornets boasting an unbeaten away record.

United have scored no more than one goal in each league game this season and only two at home, so goals could be at a premium. Take Watford to take a point back home with them.

Hull play Coventry at the KC stadium and the Tigers have adapted well to the Championship. With Jimmy Bullard back pulling the strings, Hull look a different outfit from the early games and should have enough here, even at odds on.

In League One, things seem to be getting worse for Wednesday both on and off the pitch.

The draw against Oldham in midweek took their winless streak to five league games – their last win being the 5-0 defeat of Hartlepool back in August.

Alan Irvine will hope that Wednesday can recapture their early form and can boast a 2-1 cup win over hosts Notts County from early September to boost their confidence. County, however, shouldn't be overlooked and have some notable scalps at home this season.

After two defeats on the road, Huddersfield entertain Bristol Rovers, who look indifferent on the road. It is a game that looks full of goals, so over 2.5 goals looks good.

Two of the form teams go head to head in League Two as Rotherham travel to Bury. This is another game where both sides can score for fun and, in particular, Adam Le Fondre, who has got eight goals in nine games for the Millers. Back Le Fondre to score if the Millers are take anything from the game.

Bradford play host to Morecambe with both sides sitting near the foot of the table. Bradford have two home wins on the board and drew 0-0 with Rotherham in midweek. Morecambe, on the other hand, have only one away win this season. Home advantage should play a part here and be enough to give the Bantams three points.
