Doncaster Rovers re-sign Martis from West Brom

DONCASTER ROVERS have signed defender Shelton Martis in a permanent move from Championship rivals West Brom.

Martis, 27, rejoins Sean O'Driscoll's side after a loan spell with the club in October 2008, where he made five appearances.

The centre-half will provide cover for the injured Adam Lockwood and Jason Shackell, and could go straight into the squad for Saturday's clash with Reading at the Keepmoat.
