Grafted hard, as usual, and he got an assist for Rovers’ second goal in first-half stoppage time.

Youngster was composed in the heart of Doncaster’s defence.

Typical display from the giant defender. Made crucial blocks in his own box, and was a threat in the opposition box.

Eye-catching display from the Doncaster left-back. Always eager to get forward.

Niall Mason 6

Solid in defence, and delivered a constant flow of lovely diagonal balls to service his front line.

Ben Whiteman 6

Tidy in midfield, as Doncaster enjoyed good possession in the middle of the park. Booked for diving, late in the game.

Tommy Rowe 7

Was unlucky not to claim the first goal, it was his spectacular effort which came back off the crossbar before hitting goalkeeper Ryan Allsop and dropping into the net.

What else can you say about the captain? Hardly ever seems to have a bad game for Rovers, but this wasn’t one of his best.

A predatory finish in first-half stoppage time and a constant threat to the Blackpool defence.

A willing runner, and does the hard yards which don’t always get noticed - or the headlines. Was replaced by Alfie May on 60 minutes.

The in-form striker replaced Manderville. Netted the third goal for Rovers. Has touches of Jamie Vardy about his play.
