Doncaster Rovers v Plymouth Argyle: Make mine a double says Rovers chief

SEAN O'DRISCOLL has stressed the importance of the Easter programme for both clubs.

Doncaster are chasing play-off qualification while Plymouth are battling against the drop.

Back-to-back victories in the next 72 hours would propel either club in the right direction.

"They believe that a couple of good results would mean they are out of it," said O'Driscoll. "And when you look at it, there's as much chance of that happening as there is of us getting two good results and maybe being in the mix for the play-offs."

O'Driscoll attended Plymouth's midweek home draw with Barnsley and said: "They played with lots of spirit, on a dreadful night, on a 'pudding' of a pitch. I thought that their enthusiasm for the job shone through.

"They showed in patches that they are as good as anybody and they showed in patches that they are likely to concede goals as well."
