Doncaster Rovers finally managed their first home win in League in a five-goal thriller with Chesterfield.
Manager Paul Dickov saw his impressive Rovers take control through goals by Nathan Tyson - who headed home Reece Wabara’s cross - and Kyle Bennett.
It was six months since Rovers won at the Keepmoat Stadium, and the Spireites pulled a goal back when Sam Clucas pounced.
Giant defender Jamie McCombe restored Doncaster’s two-goal cushion before Eoin Doyle ensured a nervous end to the contest.
The win moved Dickov’s side up to 15th in the League One table, while Chesterfield slipped to 5th.
