Doncaster Rovers earned a point from a tough trip to West Ham United in the Championship in their bid to climb away from the drop zone.
Defender Herita Ilunga was named substitute against his former club after returning to Rovers on a one month deal, Tommy Spurr making a surprise return from injury.
Striker Frederic Piquionne is ineligible under the terms of his loan from West Ham. Defenders James Chambers and George Friend are still injured and captain Brian Stock will be out over six weeks with a groin problem.
Kevin Nolan gave the hosts the lead after just nine minutes.
But Rovers winger James Coppinger equalised for the visitors with 17 minutes remaining.
