England planning to rearrange riot-hit friendly against Dutch

The Football Association are in talks with their Dutch counterparts with a view to rearranging England’s friendly against Holland in February.

The match against Bert van Marwijk’s side was called off last week after three nights of rioting in London.

The FA are keen for the match to be rescheduled and February 29 is the earliest available slot that England can commit to as they may need to take part in a Euro 2012 play-off on November 11 and 15.
