FA Cup draw - when is it, what number is my team and who do Barnsley FC want?

Barnsley manager Valerien Ismael believes his team have earned the right to draw a big Premier League club in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The FA Cup fourth round draw is scheduled to take place from 7.10pm tonight.

The FA Cup fifth round draw will follow, with a scheduled start time of 7.23pm.

The draw takes place on BT Sport before the station’s coverage of Stockport County v West Ham United in the third round.

It will also be shown live on the official Emirates FA Cup Twitter and Facebook channels.

Barnsley will be in the hat after securing a 2-0 win over League Two side Tranmere Rovers at Oakwell on Sunday, thanks to goals from Michal Helik and Cauley Woodrow.

It was an 11th win in 17 games under Ismael, 10 of them taking the Reds into the top half of the Championship.

And Ismael hopes such stellar form will be rewarded with a favourable home draw against one of the Premier League big hitters.

“We hope for a Premier League team,” said the Frenchman.

“The guys deserve now a big highlight this season. I think it could be the right moment for us to have a big name now.”

Barnsley are joined in the hat by fellow Yorkshire clubs Doncaster Rovers, Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday.
