Fan’s Review of 2019-20 Season – Doncaster Rovers
Stephen Waddington, 46, from York, has his say below. Scroll through and see if you agree, leaving your own thoughts in the comments section at the bottom.
How would you assess your season so far? Even pre Covid-19, it was stop-start after a manager change, limited pre-season recruitment and the Bolton furore. Darren Moore has done brilliantly. The play-offs are in reach, impressive as we’d no recognised striker until January.
Player of the season? Tom Anderson, a rock in defence.
Most improved player? Brad Halliday.
Best goal? One of many excellent Kieran Sadlier goals.
Which game have you enjoyed most? Rotherham at home.

What mark would you give the manager out of ten? 8.5.
How important is it that we finish the season? Very.
If the season gets started again, what is your hope for your team? Push for play-offs.
What needs to change for next season? Bring in further attacking options and quality strength in depth.
