THE season may yet to be completed but, given the enforced break due to the coronavirus pandemic, we thought we’d ask one Rotherham United fan to give their verdict on the campaign so far.

How would you assess your season so far? The table never lies and we occupy one of the two automatic promotion places. We have responded well to relegation and a squad overhaul. The away form has been strong all season.

Player of the season? Michael Ihiekwe. Our most consistent performer.

Most improved player? Dan Barlaser.

Best goal? Matt Crooks. A 35-yard chip versus Gillingham.

Which game have you enjoyed most? Oxford away. As close to a complete performance as you will get.

Biggest disappointment? Home form in first few months.

What mark would you give the manager out of ten? 8.

How important is it that we finish the season? Very.

If the season gets started again, what is your hope for your team? Promotion.

What needs to change for next season Nothing. We just need to make sure we recruit successfully again.
