The Shaymen, unbeaten in 12 games under Jim Harvey, are yet to concede in this season’s competition after seeing off Tamworth and Barrow in previous rounds.

Sean Tuton’s departure for Barnsley on deadline day means Peniket, whose appearance last week against Welling was his first start in 10 months due to shattering his anterior cruciate ligament, will spearhead the attack.

Peniket’s return to fitness is timely for Town, whose stirring run under Harvey has breathed fresh life into the club’s season.

Further progress in the Trophy, which was won last season by North Ferriby United, would be a further tonic for a club who have already banked £11,000 in prize money from the competition and can claim a further £7,000 by seeing off Chester.
