Huddersfield Town were forced to share the points with Bournemouth in League after a 2-2 draw at the Galpharm Stadium.

The Terriers looked to have secured all three points after a torrid first half, but conceded a late equaliser.

None of the chasing pack could overtake Sheffield Wednesday who face Brentford in a Sunday lunchtime kick-off in front of the TV cameras.

There were League Two defeats for both Bradford City and Rotherham United, while York City enjoyed a 2-0 win against Rushden and Diamonds in the Blue Square Bet Premier.

Team news: Owls manager Alan Irvine is set to stick with the side that inflicted a 5-0 away win on Hartlepool last weekend. That means recalls for midfielder Giles Coke, defenders Lewis Buxton and Tommy Spurr, and striker Neil Mellor who were all rested for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in midweek. Winger Jermaine Johnson (knee) remains the only absentee.
