Ismael, who reports no fresh injuries for the game with the Bees, who the Reds memorably beat on the final day of last season to help secure their second-tier status, commented: "When you win one time, it can be luck.

"When you win two, three or four times, it means quality, hard work, organisation and structure and we have put our principles to our team and the players were open to this new way.

"We have adapted to the opponent so far and what we need for the Championship.

"When you get the results, it is easier to believe in these principles, but the players are very focused and the most important thing is that the players know that to play like this, you have to be professional, focused and show seriousness in everything what you on the pitch and outside of the pitch."

Ismael says that Aapo Halme is currently sidelined with a calf issue which will keep him out of action in the games this week.
