Goals from Mark Bradley and Lee Frecklington sealed the Millers’ 11th league victory on the road this term and stretched their unbeaten run to 11 games.

Bradley opened the scoring after 25 minutes. Goalkeeper Mark Oxley could only parry Richie Smallwood’s initial effort and the defender, recalled to the side, lashed in the loose ball.

Oxley was kept busy in the first half, denying James Tavernier and then seeing Alex Revell’s header scrambled away.

Adam Lockwood put a cheeky backheel straight into the arms of the grateful Adam Collin at the other end and Charlie MacDonald missed two good chances to equalise.

The Millers took advantage by adding a stunning second goal just after the hour mark. Ben Pringle broke down the left and set up Frecklington to despatch an unstoppable 25-yarder.

Although the goal knocked the momentum out of the home side they made the Millers work to the end.
