FT: Bournemouth 2-0 Huddersfield Town

Huddersfield’s automatic promotion hopes are overafter a second successive defeat over the Easter weekend.

Town’s defeat to Sheffield Wednesday, plus a lunchtime win for the Owls on Bank Holiday Monday meant they had to get something from their visit to the south coast.

But Bournemouth were dominant against lacklustre Huddersfield and got their reward 18 minutes from the end when Scott Malone broke the deadlock.
