Worcester City v FC Halifax Town: Aspin wary of Cup kings

FC Halifax Town boss Neil Aspin is wary of the threat posed by today’s FA Trophy hosts Worcester City after a watching brief in midweek.

He watched Worcester draw with League One side Scunthorpe in the FA Cup second round on Tuesday, with the Midlanders having already knocked out former winners Coventry City.

“I’ve watched Worcester play on a couple of occasions and I must say that I am very impressed,” said Aspin.

“They will certainly be a tough nut to crack on Saturday but I always look forward to the games because I know that we’re capable.

“The FA Trophy is important and I want us to do well in it.”
