Hartlepool United v Huddersfield Town: Mistakes costing Town

LEE Clark has urged his Huddersfield Town side to cut out the mistakes that are undermining their promotion push.

The Terriers remain the only unbeaten League One side in 2011 but draws in each of their last four games have led to Clark’s men losing ground on their rivals.

Town surrendered a two goal lead against 10-man visitors Leyton Orient on Saturday when most of their rivals won.

Ahead of tonight’s trip to Hartlepool United, Clark said: “The manner in which we threw away a two-goal lead was not acceptable.

“The lads have been in and we spoke about what happened and how to rectify the problems we had. We need to get back to winning football matches.”

Town travel to the North East determined to avenge a shock 1-0 defeat to Mick Wadsworth’s men on Boxing Day.
