Huddersfield Town 1 Peterborough 1: Hunt grabs late Town equaliser

Lee Clark’s Huddersfield Town snatched a point against promotion rivals Peterborough in League One today.

Town made two changes for the match against the fourth-placed visitors.

Striker Jordan Rhodes replaced midfield man Joey Gudjonsson and Scotland international Gary Naysmith came in at left-back for Liam Ridehalgh for second-placed Terriers.

Posh threatened from the start but Benik Afobe, Jordan Rhodes and Scott Arfield fluffed half-chances for Town before Grant McCann’s 41st-minute penalty gave the visitors the lead after Lee Peltier had brought down Craig Mackail-Smith after making a hash of a clearance.

Gary Roberts missed a second half penalty before Jack Hunt snatched a 90th minute equaliser for the Terriers.
