Huddersfield Town tossed away a two-goal lead against FA Cup heroes Leyton Orient in a League One meeting at the Galpharm Stadium today.
Gary Naysmith was out with the calf injury that kept the defender out of the midweek draw with Dagenham & Redbridge, while Anthony Kay was suspended.
Jamie McCombe has, however, shaken off a sickness bug so plays and Jordan Rhodes starts after making a return to action from the bench in Tuesday’s 1-1 stalemate.
And it was Rhodes who opened the scoring after just two minutes.
Lee Novak (49) gave Town some breathing space early in the second half before Harry Kane replied for Orient, only then to be sent off.
Jimmy Smith grabbed late equaliser for 10-man Orient.
