HULL CITY manager Steve Bruce will wait until tomorrow before deciding whether top scorer Abel Hernandez should start against Sheffield Wednesday.

The club record £10m signing - who has five goals to his name in eight Championship appearances this term - returned from international duty earlier today.

Hernandez joined his team-mates at training this morning, during which he was assessed by Bruce as to whether the rigours of travelling to south America to join up with Uruguay have taken their toll.

Otherwise, City’s international contingent returned in good shape to leave only Robert Snodgrass and Adama Diomande unavailable for the trip to Hillsborough.
