Proschwitz is £2m target for Tigers
Hull: City boss Steve Bruce is hopeful of signing Nick Proschwitz from German club Paderborn following talks with the striker.
Proschwitz has been discussing a £2m move to the Championship side and Bruce believes the 25-year-old is “tailor-made” for the demands of English football, and is aiming to finalise a transfer by the end of next week.
“Nick has come out to the training camp and had a look at what we do,” Bruce said.
“Everything has been positive and we’re hoping that we can tie up a deal. It’s still a little bit off from what I can gather, club to club, and there’s a few nuts and bolts to sort.”
