Leeds allow midfielder Faye to go

AMDY FAYE has left Leeds United after the Championship club opted not to renew his contract.

The former Senegal international moved to Elland Road on a short-term contract earlier in the season but has made just eight appearances.

United manager Simon Grayson said: "His experience around the team and the training ground has helped us. We wish him well for the future."

United have signed Everton teenager Zac Thompson until the end of the season.

Tom Adeyemi will remain at Bradford City until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old joined the Bantams on loan from Norwich City in August and has made 20 appearances, scoring two goals.

Hull City defender Liam Cooper, 19, has joined Carlisle on loan.
