Leeds United: Italian clubs linked with move for Bellusci
Reports in Italy claim the two Serie A sides could bid for Bellusci before next week’s transfer deadline amid the belief that Leeds will listen to offers for the 26-year-old centre-back.
Bellusci has already started three games for United this season but Leeds are considering signing a new central defender to partner Sol Bamba in their backline. Head coach Uwe Rosler has alternated between Bellusci and Liam Cooper alongside Bamba but is understood to have an eye on that area of his team with the transfer window into its final week.

Bellusci, meanwhile, has three years remaining on his contract at Elland Road and would command a sizeable fee having cost Leeds a reported £1.6m from Catania last August.
He made 30 appearances for United last season but endured a controversial year, facing allegations of racism made against him by Norwich’s Cameron Jerome – an accusation which was dismissed by the FA – and becoming embroiled in the withdrawal of six foreign players through injury before Leeds’ 2-1 defeat at Charlton Athletic in April.
Atalanta narrowly avoided relegation from Serie A last season while Bologna were promoted via the Serie B play-offs.
