Lonergan heading for Bolton switch

Leeds: Bolton Wanderers are closing in on the signing of Leeds United keeper Andy Lonergan – and the deal could be completed this weekend.

A deal in the region of £200,000 is thought to be close, with Bolton boss Owen Coyle keen to land Lonergan before the club head off to Scotland for a pre-season tour on Tuesday.

That cash would boost Neil Warnock’s transfer kitty and could be used to push through a deal for SK Brann defensive midfielder Rodolph Austin, with United having tabled a bid according to sources in Norway.
