Sulley comes in to lift Leeds Academy

LEEDS United have appointed Chris Sulley as the club’s new Academy manager.

Sulley, 51, replaces Neil Thompson who was axed five months ago and is now first-team coach at Sheffield Wednesday.

For the majority of the last 10 years, Sulley has worked as Bolton Wanderers’ Academy manager. He made over 400 appearances during a playing career that took in spells at Bournemouth, Dundee United, Blackburn Rovers, Port Vale and Preston North End.
