Leeds have bid £25.7m for Porto winger Otavio but are set to be snubbed by the Portugal international, who scored seven goals in 50 games for club and country last season (Journal de Noticias, print, - MORE).

Leeds "are the most determined" to sign Hamed Junior Traoré from Sassuolo, with AC Milan also expressing interest in the Ivory Coast international (La Gazzetta dello Sport - MORE).

Manchester United have increased their bid for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong to £55.8m but the Camp Nou outfit want a minimum of £64.4m for the Dutch international (Marca).

Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are interesting in signing Atletico Madrid and Belgium winger Yannick Carrasco after details emerged of a £51m release clause in his contract. (AS).

Chelsea are interested in Juventus and the Netherlands centre-back Matthijs de Ligt (Sky Italia).

Brighton are interested in signing Manchester City forward Liam Delap on loan (Mail Online - MORE).

Leicester City are exploring the option of signing £8m-rated Rennes midfielder Benjamin Bourigeaud (Jeunes Footeux).
