The January transfer window slams shut on Monday night at 11pm – and the rumour mill has gone into overdrive with a host of deals being talked about.
Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa is happy with his squad and the talk coming out of Elland Road is that Leeds don't expect to do any major business this transfer window.
That hasn't stopped Leeds being linked with a host of players as they continue to monitor the market, but it would take something major for them to change their stance before Monday's deadline.
Indeed, pundit Paul Merson has suggested that the Yorkshire club will always be mid-table under Bielsa.
He said: “That’s where they’re going to end up, though, isn’t it? They’re always going to be middle of the table.
“You couldn’t say if he stayed there for five years, Leeds would get Champions League football.”
Tim Sherwood, too, explained he was a fan of Bielsa's style but also criticised the Argentinian.
He said: “I think it’s a very easy scouting mission when you’re playing Leeds, as they play with an identity.
“There’s a clear identity that Bielsa will not move from, he’ll say no matter who they play, that’s how they’re going to play and set their stall out.
“You can imagine the confidence that gives you in the dressing room.
“Sometimes, if you’re a defender like Cooper, a journeyman centre-back who’s done brilliantly to play in the Premier League, he’s not being covered up by the midfield, he leaves them to defend there on their own as others bomb forward.
“He does not care about clean sheets."
There’s also a lot of talk surrounding Leeds United’s Premier League rivals – with Burnley, Newcastle United, Brighton, Manchester United, West Brom and Tottenham all featuring in the gossip columns today.
