Lucas Joao returns for Sheffield Wednesday plus Owls boosted on injured duo
Portuguese internationas striker Joao is in contention for Saturday’s trip to Fulham, after being sidelined since August.
His last outing came in the 1-1 draw at Brentford, but he has been back training with the first-team for two weeks.

Wildsmith - the 20-year-old No 2 to Keiren Westwood - has played just once this season in the EFL Cup, while Portugal winger Matias, 27, has not played since last season’s 2-0 Championship play-off semi-final win over Brighton.
“The break was a good time for training, to improve the team and to recover most of the players,” said Owls boss Carlos Carvalhal.
“We have Lucas back to normal training, he is training normal all this week.

“They all have different abilities. We know Lucas is a player with pace and a good future.
“We are waiting for Matias, who this month will also be back to the team.
“Joe Wildsmith is training on the field, he is not 100 per cent but is out training. All these things are good news.”
